iPhone 11 Bluetooth issues

has issues all the time even w/o any apps open. did the reset. same story. disconnects/reconnects Bluetooth devices. seems to happen initially a few times then settles down. this is for v4.1 and v5.0 devices. also have to forget and re-pair all the time. super annoying for a 1200$ iphone 11 phone am livid.

I have the same problem. But if someone calls me, bluetooth seems to keep call online. Just noticed it tonight.

When car system gives command to the phone via bluetooth, it won't drop out. Have to test this tomorrow and keep call online few minutes and see what happens. This would be helpful for Apple product development, because I think that no-one at Apple don't know what is this all about. I bought this unfinished "beta-phone" last week and paid almost 1400€... Shame... I really have liked Apple products.

Are you saying your iPhone 11 is now working by disabling wi-fi and leaving wifi disabled while on bluetooth? Or saying this step works on a 7S which is not the thread issue....this is an all iPhone 11 issue thread.

No matter, disabling wi-fi to make Bluetooth work is an unacceptable workaround.

I had an iphone 7, and the same Bluetooth devices, multiple earbuds v4.x , my 2016 toyota tundra entertainment, all worked just fine with the iphone 7. and at the latest IOS version ( as I just bought the new iPhone 11). I will note my bluetooth v5.x earpiece had issues on iphone 7 also. Not the v4.x devices. Supposedly the iPhone 11 should work with Bluetooth v5.x.

This for me is exclusively iPhone 11 issue at latest IOS and the thread is aptly name 'iPhone 11 Bluetooth issues'.

None of the fixes/steps mentioned by Apple support have worked, and I have tried them (reset network for example). It is clear as day an iPhone 11 issue.

Glad your 7s is working though I wish same for my 1200 iPhone 11!

This could be the case for a couple users, but in my case Apple has had my iPhone X since I received my iPhone 11 Pro Max. The iPhone X was disconnected from everything first, then erased, before being sent across the country. At this time (iOS 13.3.1) I’m still having the problem.

My iPhone 11 Pro Max will not pair with my older, 2005 Mercedes, However my iPhone 6 and 10 paired fine. To avoid a $300 distracted driving ticket I have to use my iPhone 6 and am now paying $30 month to have 2 phones, one iPhone 6 especially for my Mercedes. This is dangerous Apple! ..... not having your new phone paired When driving PLEASE fix ASAP shame on you Apple

Apple please do something when so many people have issue with your premium latest iphones 11 versions, its not ios issue as earlier phones iphone 6S and 5SE work fine with me.

I am about ready to lose my mind!! I have had the iPhone 11 since they came out. Since my new phone, I have been unable to connect to my factory (Uconnect) radio, in my 2016 Rubicon Jeep. MORE then frustrated at this point!! I have spoken to Uconnect reps, in which I got hung up on!! She told me its an apple update that has to happen before my device will be recognized! Apple is telling me it sounds like a Uconnect issue and my dealership has no idea! They say we'll just have to wait for an update and see!

I’ve now got my Bolt recognizing my iPhone 11 Pro, but I can’t use the voice activation. If I start it on my iPhone I hear the response through my car. To make a call I must start it on my phone and then it’s connected. I can receive calls. Apple says it’s Bolt and Bolt says it’s Apple.

Bought my iPhone 11pro in October have had nothing but problems with hands free in my Alfa sometimes it connects sometimes it doesn’t then when it connects it drops of after a few minutes I am sure Apple knows about this problem just bought an Apple Watch series 5 thinking that blue tooth might work better in my car (no) is the answer Apple please help☹️☹️☹️☹️😃

The evidence so far is that Apple is in denial on this issue. The first post in this thread is 6 months old, but this is not the first discussion of the issue. Apple has been stunningly silent on the problem except for a few feeble attempts to claim either that it is not a real problem, or something else is to blame, Disappointing !

I am having this exact same issue. I too traded in a perfectly good iPhone X, to get an iPhone 11 Pro that won't even connect to my truck half the time or when it does connect, eventually drops the connection which leads to making calls while holding the phone.

APPLE...FIX THIS ISSUE! THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD!!!

The truth of the matter is that the iPhone 11Pro Max is the worst iPhone that Apple has ever come out with when it comes to Bluetooth and GPS issues!! I’ve tried all of the useless recommendations of reset this, reset that, turn this off and back on again and so on! Nothing works!! These two issues are all over the Internet! Hey Apple, maybe you should test your old outdated featureless iOS system more before you dump it on the public to beta test it for you!!

I’m in the store right now dealing with this issue. Both my 2019 ford truck and my older plantronics head set I use at work wont stay connected to this new iPhone 11 max. We will see what they say.
