Does deleting an app on one user delete it on other users too?

On Mac, does deleting an app on one user delete it on other users too?

I want to get rid of an app thats taking up some space, but the problem is, the other user uses that app o their user profile, so i was wondering if deleting this app will delete it from the other user too. I don't want to get yelled at by the other user, but I do not need to have this app on MY user profile.

If the App is in the main Applications folder then it is used by all Users on the Mac, so if you delete it from that folder

then you will be removing it for all Users on that Mac.

What app is it and how much space is it taking up.
