Export Markers to file

It depends on what you're trying to achieve.
If it is about standard Markers, they are included in a MIDI file export or as metadata in a bounced Audio file. You can find few related commands under Navigate > Other.
Also, you can import markers from other project using the File > Import > Logic Projects command.
