How do I remove the small blue microphone icon at the upper left of my home screen?
That is not Dictation. That is Voice Control. Go to Settings>Accessibility>Voice Control and turn that off.

Just got to my second gmail emails. Thanks for the help. The blue mike icon is gone!

My dictation Microphone is stuck on my iPhone 11. Even though I have turned off dictation in keyboard settings.
