XR Photos have vertical stripes of color distortion

Did Apple do anything?

It might be better just to wait it out. I’ve heard that they are aware of it and working on it, so it’s most likely just a matter of time before they fix it in an update.

iOS 13.3 update is out and it does not appear to fix this.

Good support, Apple. People(and me too) are faced with a big problem on Xr, and you just do nothing.

I am having the same issues and I believe it has to do with the software as so many people are experiencing the same thing. It ruined my photos

I have this problem too with Xr. But smartHDR is switch off. This problem spoils either of the five or six photos. It`s realy infuriates me!!!

have you been able to fix the problem in the meantime? I have the same blue / yellow stripes on some photos and nothing has changed with the last update.

even i to have the similiar issue, i ran all the diagnostic checks and screen sharing to apple support and reporduced the same issue when i was on call with them. Not sure why a premium segment manufacturer is not able to detect such issues when they pass through there Quality assurance program.

Guess on a slow note apple might loose its market.

BTw have a look at my photos.

It is not artificial light! I have daylight shots with these strips. Other users from Germany too! Here one already speaks of class action. Why is Apple doing nothing? The devices come back defective. Is this a software or hardware problem?

Even if HDR is to blame! I want to use HDR !!!!
