I discovered the my "Sent" folder isn't visible using my Comcast email on my new iPhone 11 base model. Please help walk me through setting this up. So far nothing I've seen on line is working for me. Thanks!
I just had this happen after moving from an iPhone 7 to the iPhone 11. Both ios13.3.1.
My primary email account was missing Junk and Sent items folders. As soon as I marked one message as junk it was moved to the junk mail folder and both missing folders appeared. The sent items folder showed the emails I sent from the new phone before the sent items folder was displayed. If this works for others it’s easier than recreating the account.
I ended up contacting Apple directly. The fix required deleting my email account and re-added it again. This resolved my missing “Sent” folder. Thanks again for your efforts to assist.

the same problem. After updating to ios 13.x Sent folder is invisible even i have sent an email. Folder can not be created with this name. It simply not shown!

Same on my wife’s new iPhone so deleted mail and reinstalled manually which resolved the problem.
Having the same issue with EarthLink mail account. Deleting and restarting doesn’t help. IPhone XSMax - mail worked fine before latest update.
Problem solved on wife’s iPhone 8 by deleting email and reinstalled manually.

I can’t see my Sent mailbox. I’ve tried the suggestions and non are working.
Try deleting your email on iPhone and reinstall manually. This has worked on my wife’s iPhone which lost folders.

Click on Passwords and accounts
Click on the account you’re having problems with
Click on the account
Click on Advanced
Click on Sent
Click on On My IPhone
