Hello all,
I've bought an iPhone 11 a few weeks ago, reset my Apple Watch Series 3 and now I can't pair.
It keeps showing up a message saying that I need to Update the Watch before continuing, after a while show a screen saying it's Unpairing.
Already tried to also pair the watch manually, no luck.
The iPhone is at iOS 13.1.2
The Watch might be at watchOS 6
Any help is appreciate it.

Alright, after a LOT of research I've came across this solution. I've installed this profile in my iPhone and everything worked just fine. I was able to pair the Watch without any issues.

I’ve followed that article. I’m at a point that I can even access the Watch anymore. It’s stuck in the screen to start pairing.
Reset your Watch by pressing in the crown and side button until you see the Apple logo, then release both.
Have done that as well. I believe I’ve tried pretty much all approaches I’ve found in the internet.
No idea what to do.
Then I suggest you click on Contact Support at the top of this page and talk to an Apple Specialist.
