MacOS Catalina Update Times Out
I get a message saying "The Request Timed Out; an error occurred while installing the update". I'm installing this over WiFi. Help, please.

That didn’t work for me. Even from App Store. the download is always stopping at 2.53 GB...
Call 1-800-MY-APPLE and tell them about "The Request Timed Out" error message.
They will walk you through a manual set up process
Same with me, macbook air timeout on 500mb from the download, downloading from app store not working. Please share more solutions if you found something works for you!

Call 1 (800) 692-7753 the Apple Main number and tell them about the time out issue.
They’ll walk you through the steps to manually install the update
same thing happened to me just now. You can find the update again from the app store but it's still not downloading...back to the first problem
