Echo on speaker calls and videos

I have lot of problem same. I replaced SIM card, remove the case ,reset , erase & so on. They send me to apple store for replacement options. Again , representative want to me more testing bcuse he can’t find the problem. Then i was mad with technician , because i did lot for this phone , tired , not any more . Then i down grade 11pro to 11. There is no problem so far one week. But i am worried about using case. I feeling insecure without case, it chance to fall and brake the screen & even can not watch using Stand case.

i purchase screen protector, case for 11 pro. Those are my valuable money. Now i have throw those out in trash. Apple should pay those money.

I would have you know that this problem still remains.

The very first phone call I made after the update, the receiver was complaining about the echo.

I'm not happy about this at all.

Why hasn't there been an announcement for a recall?? This is not ok.

I’m right there with you all. My 11 pro max (Verizon) is still echoing horribly. I can hear every word I say when talking to someone. Sometimes the person on the other end reports echoing as well. So frustrating, I am a HUGE Apple fan (get the iPhone on launch day each year) and I have never been so upset/disappointed. This is still happening to me on speaker phone and off of speaker phone even after the latest update.

Same issue on my family’s iPhone 11’s and pro max. With WiFi. Without WiFi. With a case on. With a case off. Mine does it on FaceTime and speaker phone calls. Sounds horrible. I expect more from an Apple product. Too expensive for this substandard nonsense.

Does Apple ever intend on fixing this or are they just going to ignore us and act like nothing is wrong? It’s to the point that people won’t even talk to me on the phone because their voice bounces back and they can hear everything they’re saying. It’s driving me insane as well when i can’t even use the speaker on my phone without hearing myself talk every time! I use speaker every time I’m on the phone because I don’t like holding it up to my ear. This is a horrible experience and I’ve never had a worse experience with an iPhone. I’ve had every flagship iPhone since the 4.

This is happening in my brand new phone. What can we do?

Took my phone back to Verizon, got a new phone, does the same thing!

I thought that could pose an issue as well, but even if the case is removed and i hold the phone by the sides only, I still have the echo issue.

I have taken the case off completely and still echo issue exists pretty poor from apple that they have not fixed or solved this issue my old iPhone 6 did a better job

Same issue here. Wife and I have Pro Max’s on Verizon. Tried removing case and holding phone only on sides...

Same issue - When my husband puts me on speaker of his iPhone 11 I hear my voice echo but I sound clear to him. very annoying.

I am having the same echo issue talking with another T-Mobile iPhone 11 user. This was not an issue with ios13 beta on our iPhone 8 Plus phones.

It is happening on all networks!
