can not update macos catalina

I can not update to macos catalina from Software Update. After I click Upgrade Now, it will download 8.09GB, then nothing happen. If I click Upgrade Now again, it will download again!

I cannot update to macOS Catalina on my iMac. I cannot update to OS Catalina on my iMac. I click upgrade now and the status bar shows the progress of 8.23 gb. Once 8.23 gb is downloaded it just stops. There is never an error message the screen just refreshes to "upgrade now." I've tried multiple times - even after restarting my Mac. I would just back down try to relax I had prob's last night just shut it down until this morning things went fine. It may be hard but leave it until a few day's.

same w/ me this morning last night it said approx 3-4-5 hours so I quit it working great so far so good
