Getting alert for HomePod... that I do not have

Anyone getting a notification pop-up on their iPhone for a HomePod they do not have?

I don't own a HomePod nor is one in my home network. Recently a notification has been popping up that I either need to "x" out or go thru an update that fails. It says "Update Settings - Your HomePod has out-of-date settings. Do you want to update its settings?" with a picture of a HomePod. If I click to update, it says "Update Failed (301012)".

My google search for the error code didn't yield much of use, but tbh I don't know why I'm prompted for a device I've never owned. Any other users experience this, or have a suggestion to keep it dismissed? I've gone into the HomeKit app & deleted my default Home state (wasn't using it anyway) and that didn't help.

My iPhone is getting same notification says "Update Settings”.

May I ask you some questions?

1: Do you have an Apple tv with tvOS?

2: Is your iPhone a jailbroken device?

3: Is your iPhone OS version iOS11 or 12?

4: Is your iPhone iPhone X or higher?

I have an Apple tv HD and feel that my iPhone got that notification pop-up since I updated it...
