I have an upgrade of Mojave to Catalina.
It was a fresh Mojave installation w/o AppleID.
Then i upgraded to Catalina.
Now it doesn't show my purchases in the Appstore.
The trick with a new user and login to Appstore didn't work.
Familysharing is on.
On my other Mac with Mojave it is OK, also on my MacBook with Catalina.
I also had a fresh installation of Cataline on this new iMac and it was OK.
Any hints?

What worked for me was verifying payment method (needed security code on credit card). Then I quit the App Store and opened it again. Purchases appeared.
Without any modification all purchases are shown now!
I tried todo that. Did not work. I tried several times (to be able to update/use th Word program - for Mac, of course).
One thing for sure: this Catalina update (10.15.1) has caused problems on my MacBook Pro 15-inch, Mid 2014.
