HomeKit Automations Not Working

All my automations that I have set up have stopped working within the last couple of days. I have all my devices up to date on the most recent OS’s.

What should I do?

HomeKit Automation Hi, I recently dived into HomeKit and set up a smart home, consisting of HomePods in every room, smart lights in every room, smart thermostats in every room, a HomeKit compatible TV, a HomeKit compatible surround sound system and Apple TV. The basic functionality for most of it works, but I find the automations often fail. If I test the automations from the app, they always work. Is there anything that I could have done wrong that could cause the automations to fail? (Are there any limits on the number of automations, can automations conflict?)

Home automations not working ios 13.3 After recent update to ios 13.3 and new tvOS, my home app became useless and manual controlled only. All automations shortcuts “erase” after every start of the home app, and they don’t work after been redone. Also the shortcuts inside smart buttons press/double press menu are erasing. I am very upset, everything was working fine in previous version. I spend a lot of money in homekit lamps sensors and buttons and appletv4k and now its all just useless, I am very disappointed, ios 13.3 was marked as polished update :-( No restart reinstall home app is helping.

Home App Automation Not WORKING I have had the automation set and working for the past several years, but with the new update, it stopped working. I deleted my previous automation settings and set new ones identical to my old settings. Also, I tried the “Test Automation” button in settings and my lights are not responding. I have Hue Lights. What else can I do?

I had the same problem.

I went to the Apple TV that I use as a HomeKit Hub. I signed out of iCloud, and then signed in again.

That resolved the issue for me.
