Pages is changing font size on its own and randomly deleting text

Very odd and frustrating as it interrupts writing flow. Any ides why this happens? I'm running latest version of Pages and Mojave. Won't upgrade to Catalina before the first few fixes have arrived, so please don't suggest this. Hope someone can help.

Odd Pages Text format bar display issue (double-image) MacBook Pro updated to version 13.2.1 of Ventura just two nights ago. Ever since, when I use Pages, whether with a new document or open a document to edit, the Format sidebar for Text - where the little box for the font size shows - it is now double-printed along with the double arrows on the side of the box. The only easy way to change font size now is to use the command key and "+" or "-". Typing directly in that font size box kind of works - except you cannot see what you are typing. YES - I have rebooted the MacBook Pro. I have closed and restarted Pages. I have tried multiple documents and created new documents. Nothing changes this display issue. I have submitted a report via Feedback Assistant as well as the Pages feedback website (which doesn't collect much data and has no way to submit a screenshot).

Pages template Header & Footer size Hi, can someone tell me what I might have done wrong? When I create a new Pages document, the Header & Footer section has changed the font and size. I tried to set the font to Helvetica and 12 but it keeps going back to Avenir 20. So I tried saving it as a template, yet when I open the template it still reverts back to the large font. I also clicked on "Update" thinking it would set it but it didn't. Using an iMac, Os 10.15.6 and Pages version 10.1 (6913) Any help wold be very much appreciated.

Pages missing fonts message: can it be turned off? Pages gives me 2 separate messages about missing fonts when I open work-related Word documents. Most of the time, I do not care about these fonts--I would be happy to see these documents in plain text with only table formatting preserved, because I just need to review the content. Pages does seem to be automatically converting to another font that works just fine for that, so I am not losing content by this. Can I tell Pages to stop cluttering my screen with these unneeded and repetitive messages, especially when it's the 10th document opened from the same sender with the same fonts missing within the same session? OS 12.6 Monterey, Pages 12.1
