Looking for a setting from old itunes to sync SD to ipod Classic

In the previous iTunes, there was a setting that you had to uncheck called "Download high quality SD videos". However, I do not see this setting in Catalina - does this mean I will not be able to sync new shows to the classic? Also, I cannot find any articles that in depth into syncing the ipod classic in this new way.

I do not have any currently, but I will once new shows start in Jan.

Below are the settings I have. And I always make sure to download both an HD and SD copy to my iTunes library. Am I missing something?
