This can no longer be done in Catalina since the demise of iTunes. I have downloaded a Tag Editor, but whilst it can edit some audiobooks it cannot edit Audible Audiobooks. Anyone found a way around this?

So far as I can tell, you'll have to convert your aax files to mp3 first, and then import them into Music instead of into Books. That's what I've been doing, using the OpenAudible app.
Yes, it's very annoying. Apple has screwed audiobook lovers over in a big way with Catalina.
Thanks. I copied everything out of ~/Library/Containers/com.apple.BKAgentService/Data/Documents/iBooks/Books and then wrote a script that renamed the parent folder with the filename of the first file in each folder. Not perfect, but not bad. Wish I could have figured out how to pull it out of the ID3 tag, but I'm good for now... and way off topic for this thread.
Still no OS provided method for editing ID3 tags in bulk or otherwise. Might try Tag Editor.

I stand corrected, Altered carbon is downloaded from the BC Library service, Halo last light purchase from Apple. ICloud-Apps using iCloud-Books-Off
I have also noticed one other small problem under comments. If you have previously edit your comments and use the return instead of a Continuous string.

It’s pretty hard to give feedback without telling them to totally undo the Catalina changes. At least as far audiobooks go I can’t see anything positive in Catalina. Everything is much worse..

Bad news. The older versions would not install on Catalina. Crap.

We also need a way to bookmark an audiobook. Like we can in audible. Or creating notes. Please!

I hate what Apple did to iTunes and Books. Unless you purchase via Apple you loose control of everything you need to manage your media. That's one bad Apple.

After running Catalina since day one I've gotten so frustrated with this subject, That of rolled back the OS To Mojave, I have run Catalina for two months and officially given up on it.
