Hi GavinFoo,
Thanks for posting! I understand you might be having an issue with waking your MacBook Pro from sleep, and I'm glad to help.
To troubleshoot, I recommend starting with this resource: If your Mac doesn't sleep or wake when expected

Your Mac might pause a few seconds before it wakes up. If it doesn't seem to wake at all, check for these possibilities:

I'm still having that issue. Woke up today to a restarted computer on login screen.
Go to folder /library/extensions and if there is a file in that folder "Trigger5Core.kext", move it to the trash and empty the trash.
This fixed my issue.
But I don't have this file in the folder. I thought 10.15.1 could solve this problem, but it did't. I have to wait for the next version and tolerant this crash? Sad.....
Same with My New Mac Pro 2019
MacBook Pro (13-inch, 2019, Four Thunderbolt 3 ports)
I have this exact issue. Wasn't happening before Catalina. Isn't happening on my 2017 MBP though but I don't use that box as much as I need my iMac.

Ok, have reset the SMC - we’ll see if that fixes the problem.
It won't. I tried that first.
Catalina have a lot of problems , this is the reason why I not update my MBPmid2014
Same here - constant crashes
It appears that my Mac is still fully functional after a full overnight test. I think using this application may have fixed the issue for now.
Well, that's not a fix but a workaround circumventing the actual issue ...
Same problem here. Only started happening when upgraded to Catalina.

Tony, I followed your suggestions and - after a week - I have no crashes at all!
Thank you.
I just saw the new update has come in. Has anyone tried it yet?
Has anyone had any luck with sleep issues going away?
I fixed the issue on my MBP by selling it to my brother-in-law. lol.
