iPad smart keyboard

Hi everyone,

I have recently installed iPadOS on my iPad Pro. I like the new features but just yesterday when I went to purchase a smart keyboard folio so I could get a more desktop-like experience, I noticed that certain keys of my folio case are not working. I thought there might be something wrong with the keyboard so I sent it back to the Apple store under a warranty claim. But a few mins ago, I tried to pair a magic keyboard to the iPad Pro and, surprisingly, the same keys that were not working with the smart keyboard are also not working with this magic keyboard.

I am...confused! What do you make of this...did anybody else face this issue? If so, would you mind sharing how you fixed this? Thank you.

Hello,

Are you using a mouse with your iPad? If so you may have enabled the Mouse Keys option in Assistive Touch settings. Disable this setting and your mouse and keyboard will function as expected.
