Dropbox not downloading files from files app

I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with iPadOS and since the update I can’t download files from Dropbox on the files app. From iCloud in files it works well, and from the Dropbox app also ok, the problem is from Dropbox on the files app. The app shows all the contents but when trying to download a file it keeps on waiting to download and never starts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app but it didn’t solve the issue, anyone having the same problem?

Same exact situation here. iPad Pro 9.7. iPadOS 13.2.

The problem is not dropbox, the dropbox app works perfectly.

It's the files app that seems to be unable to download files from dropbox, it gets stuck on "waiting to download".

My much older iPad air, running IOS 12.4.3 works perfectly using the file app to download dropbox files.

So do my iPhone and my Macs.
