Updated Mac OS to Catalina and won't stop asking to accept iCloud terms and conditions

Pop up for accepting terms and conditions won't go and won't accept too. Tried restarting and logging out from the apple website to no avail.

Wont let me sign out from system preferences with error "turn off all iCloud services and try again"

How do I stop/accept the terms and conditions?

Accepting iCloud Terms and Conditions I recently installed OS Catalina on my MacBook Air and now I have a pop-up notification that states "to use iCloud on this Mac you must accept the new Terms and Conditions." When I click on the "view" button, it takes me to a system preferences window and repeats this same message and has a radio button "Terms and Conditions" for me to press to review and accept. When I hit the radio button, another window appears and repeats this information again and gives me two radio button options, one that says "cancel" and the other that says "terms and conditions". When I click on the "terms and conditions" button, it starts to process this request but then stops and just goes back to the previous window. It will not proceed to allow me to actually accept the terms and conditions, and so now the little pop-up keeps appearing on my screen and won't go away. Appears to be some kind of glitch. I've tried to restart my laptop numerous times, but that will not clear the error. Is there anything else I can try to resolve this?

New iCloud Terms and Conditions won't load Just upgraded my MacBook to Catalina (10.15). Prompted to accept new iCloud terms and conditions. Click on link, and nothing happens. It will not load. (Actually, it loaded once and I accepted the terms, but then it disappeared, and the same message telling me I have to accept the terms and conditions still persists as though I had not accepted it, and it has never loaded again). Tried turning off screen time. Someone posted elsewhere that he thought it had to do with multiple iCloud accounts -- that is not the case for me.

Terms and Conditions Dialog Box bug Set up a new MacBook this weekend and keep getting notification that I can't get into iCloud unless I accept updated Terms and Conditions. When I select the Terms & Conditions dialog box nothing happens. Tried to log out and back in, restart the MacBook, installed latest version of Big Sur, checked connection to 3 different wireless networks, and nothing opens the Terms and Conditions for me.

Some people have fixed this by going to System Preferences/Internet Accounts, selecting an iCloud account there, and signing in. You must do this for each iCloud account shown there.
