iPhone Mail email intermittently truncated when replying or forwarding, so the email thread is missing

Office 365 and Exchange 2013/2016 users are getting intermittent truncated emails when replying or forwarding. This is affecting iOS 12 and 13 and all iPhone and iPad models. If the user doesn't notice the problem before sending the receiver only gets the header of the reply but no text body or previous threads. There is no root cause but it appears to be worse when the sender is on cellular and/or gets a lot of emails constantly and replies quickly. Please notify Apple if you're having this issue and encourage them to make a public posting about this issue. It appears to have started or gotten worse on or around October 4th

FYI... iOS 13.2.3 releasing today November 18, 2019

Fixes an issue where system search and search within Mail, Files, and Notes might not work

Addresses an issue where photos, links, and other attachments might not display in the Messages details view

Fixes an issue that could prevent apps from downloading content in the background

Resolves issues that may prevent Mail from fetching new messages, and fail to include and quote original message content in Exchange accounts

As a last option even performed the uninstall of Native email app and re-installed . But the issue still persists . 13.2 GA hasn't fixed the issue.

Just tried out ios 13.3 public beta, the issue still exist. no fix. so wait for next beta.

I have to say, iOS 13 has been the worst. I have been using iPhines since the release of the iPhone 3. I have been supporting Mac OS since 7.6... Very disappointed lately. :(

Hi,

in my company it seems are only affected Iphone with iOs 13.x and accounts on O365. In the same phone the gmail account works fine

Has anyone discovered a solution for this? Unbelievably frustrating. It also takes the email thread out of "conversations."

I feel with iOS 13 lots of frustrations and user issues have crept into the User Experience. Email truncation is just one of the many problems faced by users.

Terrible job. Emails don't arrive via push notification. One has to go to the inbox and refresh to see new mail. Apple has clearly regressed in iOS 13 when it comes to helping the business user.

This update did not fix the issue. 13.2.3 still has this problem.

Unfortunately the problem is seen in 13.3 also. We have 2 instances on iPhone 11 where we saw this.

Yes it is seen in 13.3 also. Apple's quality had really gone bad in iOS 13.
