When updating from IOS 13.1.2 to 13.1.3, my iPhone 11 pro is blocked on the apple logo screen with a never ending spinning loading logo... It's been like that during the entire night and still now. I can't get it into any kind of recovery mode using the volume and power buttons... What should I do and is this happening to anybody else ?

I just managed to reset. Main thing to press and release QUIKLY volume up then volume down and hold power button. Actually I found this quickly thing on official apple site somewhere in hints. This worked for me.

Yes, I waited for my phone to die, then it rebooted on ios 13.1.2, went to settings and deleted the ios 13.1.3 update in storage and re downloaded it. It worked just fine

My IPhone XR had it only 3 months brand new, since the new update 13.1.3 everyday I am having to do a soft reset as the screen keeps freezing. Hope the next update sorts this out as it's really starting to get on my nerves.

Success! The phone finally turned on. It did not update to 13.1.3. I going to hold off with updating the phone for a few days.

SO have we gotten a fix for this? I've tried updating my phone about 4 times already, and it still wont get past the apple logo screen with the spinning loading thing
Same problem here. Unable to update to 13.1.3. My 11 Pro Max reboots and sits on the logo screen with the spinning wheel; I’ve tried twice already to no avail.

How did you fix it? Mine is trying to update from 13.1.1. I’m just not attempting it again until I figure this out or until there’s a new update
Okay but you weren’t able to get the 13.1.3 update to install? Mine just won’t install. Always gets stuck on the logo screen with a spinning circle. Guess I’m sticking with 13.1.1
