Apple TV not available as Homekit hub

Good morning,

a few days ago my homekit stopped responding as a hub for remote access.
when I'm at home, everything works perfectly from all devices.
I have all the latest ios 13.1.3 updates, I tried to restore both the apple tv and iphone but nothing.
I also checked on an old device with ios 12 but the apple tv is still disconnected, I tried to add an ipad as a hub, but he too is disconnected.
I also opened a call to the support but after collecting the data from the iPhone I didn't hear anyone anymore.
I tried everything except to reconfigure my home from scratch as it is very complex with several cameras.
Someone could help me.
