MDM Profile Manager Server 5.9

Hello,

I have some issue with my profile manager. When i enroll devices, tasks get stuck and can't enroll device at the end.

Server is 5.9 on lastest OS

any idea what happen there?

Server 5.11 Profile Manager not running Upgraded the server app from 5.10 to 5.11 and it has an error when migrating the data and I can't run Profile Manager. Trying to remove devices from MDM, but when I reboot screen is stuck on "Awaiting final configuration from [company name]" I have removed our devices from SimpleMDM (this is the MDM provider we use), and removed them from Apple Business Manager, but when I try to reboot the device I am stuck on "Awaiting final configuration from [company name]" Nothing seems to get me unstuck. Any ideas?

Same problem. Never worked out. Just to let you know, we tested on OS 10.13. That Version OS with OS Server will work. We did the same thing!! We don't want to use old OS anymore. (We managed Apple Configurator 2 on 10.13 too)

We give up hope on OS Server. Move to Apple Business Manager with MDM solution.

OS 10.15 ADE(DEP)+MDM + AC2 works great.
