when you hit the download all or iCloud download icon it changes to downloading for about 10 secs or less just as if it was actually happening then changes back to download icon. I hope this explanation makes sense. Thanks
What happens when you try to download it, what have you tried to see if you can get it to download ?
What have you tried to see if you can get it to download ? Have you logged out of the account in the app, closed the app via the phone's taskbar, rebooted the phone, and retried ?
