LAN Copy Files Delay

Just wondering why there are issues with copying files over a LAN. I have a NAS device (Drobo 5N2, brand new) with some files on it. I go to copy the files to my workstation, then it reads the file list on the Drobo, then starts copying. Then mid-way, it stops...waits...then starts copying again.


Why does this happen? Router log has nothing reported as being wrong. Nobody else using the Drobo. Here is the network history, which also demonstrates there's nothing going on:



Anybody know where I should look? NAS has proven to be a horrible experience.
