I think your findings may be a little off. 32 bit apps do not run with Catalina regardless of keyboard. Unless the OP's 2016 version of Office is updated, or they are running Office 2019, or Office 365; Office will not run on Catalina.

Sorry to tell but I till now this issued hasen't been solve and I am suffering :(. I Got my Powerpoint from my university, which is a through a volume licensing agreement. Check the link below.

I don't have an subscription for now, but I think that is not the point as well ...

I think I need to find source for Microsoft 2019 if 2016 problems it continues...

Of course Office 2019 works with Catalina. This thread is about 32 bit Office 2016.

Office 2016 is not the latest version, it's actually quite old—and known to have numerous bugs running on macOS Mojave. So it's not surprising that you're having issues running under Catalina.

Not factual at all. Office 2016 is current with both Mojave and Catalina.

I have Office 2016 and Powerpoint version 16.16.15 i.e. the latest version for that 2016 suite and it works just fine.

You don't have to have 2019 for Catalina, just the latest updates for 2016. Go to Help on the top line and click Check for Updates.

Yes. Old. As in over 4 years old and multiple updates since, including a full version jump. And your idea of "runs perfectly" sounds dramatically different than mine, but opinions vary. As you said, running all the updates can make a huge difference.

What version of Office? You might try asking your Microsoft product question in the Microsoft Product Help Communities.
