Microsoft Powerpoint keeps crashing in macOS Catalina

Hi,

I recently upgraded to macOS Catalina but now Microsoft Powerpoint keeps crashing. This is happening on both of my computers, despite having the latest version of Microsoft. Is any one else having this issue? I can’t find anything about this online.

Keynote crashes I've recently upgraded my MacBook Air to macOS Monterey and I've started having problems with Keynote. It often (not always) crashes immediately after trying to open a presentation file or just when launching the app. I seem to have installed the last version of the app (11.2) and the OS is also fully updated (12.3.1) and it doesn't seem to be a problem with a specific file, since Keynote crashes upon trying to open any of the presentations I've build with the app in the las couple of years. Has anyone found similar problems? Is there any solution? This is really becoming a serious issue, because I am a teacher and I have a number of presentations that I have not been able to complete. Any recommendation will be of great help. Thanks!

Crashing microsoft office 2016 crash after updating to Catalina After upgrading to osx Catalina Microsoft office 2016 apps (word, excel and powerpoint) crash directly after opening them. Reopening them gives the same result. The 10.15.1 upgrade does not change anything. Is there a solution for this problem or do I have to wait for updates for osx or office?

keynote 9.2 frequently crashing after OS update to Mojave After updating OS from El Capitan to Mojave on MBP (Retina, 13-inch, Early 2015) keynote 9.2 crashes almost immediately after opening a presentation. At first I thought this is only happening to presentations produced with the previous keynote version, but once a newly produced presentation has been saved and re-opened it also crashes. I deleted keynote and downloaded again from the app store, but it does not resolve the problem. Keynote has become completely unusable, but I depend on it as I have no alternative. Anybody having had the same problem and solved it? Thanks and cheers

At minimum, 16.29.1, or if released 16.3?.

Quite old?? 2016 is still supported and runs perfectly on Mojave and Catalina provided the latest updates are installed. Mine is set to install updates automatically.

Update your Office. The new update fixes the issue. Just make sure you have version 16.31.
