Apple TV Up Next not synching properly

My Apple TV Up Next has not been synching properly for the past couple of weeks. A couple of things have been happening: 1) If I manually mark shows as watched on one AppleTV they still show up in the Up Next of my other Apple TV and iPhone, and 2) Occasionally when I come back to the first Apple TV the shows have popped back up in Up Next. I have the latest TVOS on both, and in fact i think this problem started after the update.
