Image Capture - Scans multi-page document ONLY as individual pages

Hi - Though I was able to scan multi-page document as a single document now I am having difficulty to do so. Also, I just updated my software to Catalina. Does anyone had this problem? If so, were you able to fix it? If yes, could you please share the solution. Thanks

I've been having the exact same problem. Just get garbage when I want to scan to pdf in black and white. Scanning in color is OK. I haven't upgraded to Catalina yet but I will upgrade now if this will fix the problem.

shift command 4 captures and then moves off the screen Capturing a section of the screen no longer works properly. Using shift+cmd+4 initially captures OK but the image on the desktop then disappears off the right side of the screen. On checking Finder there is no record of the screenshot. In the past I was always able leave the images on screen until I needed them. I am still running Catalina but whether this makes a difference? Any help to solve this would be much appreciated. Ken

Preview different in Catalina? I see various problems with Preview in Catalina. Mine is that I use it for scanning, but it no longer does an overview scan, until I click Scan. Then I can't outline what I want (mostly analog photos) and have it scan just that part.

You need to click the "Show Details" button in order to change the setting for single or multiple files.
