Problem with the AssistiveTouch

hey everybody..

I just bought a new keyboard of Logitech model K537s

and a new mouse of Microsoft mobile 3600


both of them are Bluetooth devices

when I connect only the keyboard everything work just fine

but when I want to use the keyboard and the mouse

it’s everting going crazy!

When i press the letter ‘k’ for example its move the mouse down

when i press the letter ‘o’ its on the caps lock


Basically i cant use both and it’s annoying and it’s happening the minute i turn on the AssistiveTouch!!


  • i did a hard rest ipad to the ipad and didn’t work


i couldn’t find anything on the internet

i will be glad if you help me !

Hello,


This is due to you enabled the Mouse Keys feature in Assistive Touch. Disable Mouse Keys and your iPad will function as expected. Mouse Keys is the feature that allows for the pointing cursor to be moved using a keyboard.
