Inconsistent Sound Levels

Not sure why, but I have the same issue with my Xs Max on iOS13.1.3.

If I restart my phone, the shutter lock sound will be very loud (as loud as I set the volume to max), but if I play some music or there’s audio output, then the lock sound become much quieter and does not go back to the volume you set ringtone/volume to be, almost like 30% volume.

it’s really annoying because it makes me feel like there’s something wrong with the phone.

One time my alarm “went off” but did not ring, even though my phone was on and not on silent, it’s making me paranoid about what if one day I miss work or an important meeting because it doesn’t ring causing me to oversleep.

Having the exact same issue on my iPhone 11, I’ve noticed it with the keyboard clicks, they start off quiet and then get louder as I type, this phone is a brand new iPhone 11 and I’ve only had it for about 3 days now. It’s very annoying and idk whether I need to send my phone in for a service or if it’s just a software bug. I have spoken to Apple support and I’ve tried everything they’ve told me to do now and this includes a DFU restore, the last thing for me to do now is send my phone in for a service. I’m paranoid because I feel like I got a dodgy phone but I’m not sure.

11 Pro Max here and exactly the same problem.

Makes me wonder if ringer volume and alert sounds are affected randomly too.

So far they don’t seem to be but it bugs me still.
