HotSpot issue after 13.1.3
I recently updated my iPhone X to 13.1.3. Since, that my hotspot is not working properly. Other devices get connected but internet connectivity not available through my iPhone.

I upgraded and tried multiple steps to get hotspot working. not working. definitely seems like a bug. I'm gonna say code regression until apple proves otherwise.
I already did as per them they are getting many complaints which are due to recent update of software
