I have a Resound Hearing Aid and the app on my iPhone and I have the app listed for complications on my Apple watch 5 but I want to have the app on the watch face.
I select "Hearing Devices" under the complication list but it doesn't put the app on my watch face.

The app maker has an app and I was able to get it on my watch until I got a new phone. Since then it has not been on my watch. I called apple and they said they are having trouble getting it to work on the watch. They said they would call me when they got it to work.
You should petition the App maker to enable their App to be a watch complication.
