How can I change this Apple ID email?

How can I change this Apple ID email?

my iphone 7 is showing 2 apple id,s

one with the correct email @btinternet.com and one with incorrect @btinternet.co.uk

this has happened because i changed phone and transferred dater for old phone to new with itunes.

the phone keeps wanting me to login with the correct email, but says verification failed an unknown error occurred.

if i look at settings apple ID, it is showing wrong email.

how can i change this email

if i log in to apple i can see the phone

if you are the original owner, take the device, the original purchase receipt with the serial number, and a photo ID to the nearest Apple Store.

or contact Apple ID Support. They will need to see the original purchase receipt/paperwork also.

If i put the email ID in to Apple ID-find i get this

No Apple ID found

We cannot find an Apple ID matching the information provided.

that is because the email is wrong / i can log in to apple on the web with the correct email

but can not remove or edit the wrong email on the phone apple ID

and if i try to log in to that email it says ( see photo )

and if i go to that link it is saying that @btinternet.co.uk is not an Apple ID.

if you look at the photo you will see 2 email addresses

the .co.uk is wrong and does not exist

the .com one is correct but it will not let me log in

@btinternet.co.uk is not an Apple ID.

then how did the phone except it ?
