Can customer service help me find my phone by changing my iphone settings?
I've lost my iphone. The internet is off and I have no way of finding it.
Can I get help getting into my settings to change them to find my iphone?

If you lost your phone and you did not have find my phone turned on, then there is no way to track it. You cannot make any setting changes without having the phone in your hands. Notify your carrier that you lost the phone.
