icloud does not support folders?

For some reason I am paying for iCloud and I don't really need it But, I am trying to find a way to actually use it for something since I seem to be stuck with it. No way to cancel without deleting my photos and a bunch of other weird warnings from Apple... So any way, I have tried to upload a group of documents from work that contain multiple folders for organization. Of course iCloud does not support a folder structure and so I can't even use it for practical storage. iCloud Drive is where I am trying to do this.

Does anyone know of a way to make this work, or should I just delete it no matter what happens and just go with DropBox?

iCloud Drive supports folders.

iCloud is also free - but you would have to pay if you wanted to increase the free default storage.

This might help...
