I cannot hear the incming calls but if I call that same number back I can communicate fine
I have a iphone 6 plus. I cannot hear the incming calls but if I call that same number back I can communicate fine. It is getting worst.

Do you have Do Not Disturb enabled? Settings>Do Not Disturb. Do you have the mute switch (slider on the side above the volume buttons) engaged? Do you have the volume turned up?
