Replacing iPhone 7 with No service issue

Is it true that Apple company change and replace iPhone 7 with new one? Because my IPhone 7 is on No sercive mode

My iPhone 7 is on no service mode I am in Baku and what can i do? I see the subject about replaceing this iphone 7 and Apple Store give me new one.is it true?

There are potential reasons that Apple would replace your iPhone 7, but not always with a new phone or for no cost to you. I suggest that you contact an Apple Store or Apple Authorized Reseller in your area directly and just ask them.
