My wife’s iPhone 11 screen cracked with a case that fully encloses the phone. She hasn’t dropped it, doesn’t take it out of the case, nothing. I see that this is happening to other people, I can’t believe I have to pay for something that happened literally out of nowhere. Is Apple doing anything to correct this?

From the picture, I'd be willing to bet the phone isn't cracked, but the screen protector on the front of the phone is scratched. Have you removed the phone from the case and checked to see if the screen is really cracked?

I noticed it (on the phone, not the case) when I took the case off at the sprint store because I’m also having service issues. These phones have been nothing but a headache since I got them.
OK, but you still need to work with Apple directly on this.
