No internet connection

Hi! Recently I was updating my IPhone XR to iOS 13.1.3. Before the update, internet was working fine. After the update most of the apps can’t access internet no matter if I use WiFi or 4G. But I can browse the internet with safari. And download apps from App Store. WiFi seems to struggle to. If I check the WiFi settings I’m connected to my WiFi but the WiFi icon doesn’t show up in the right hand corner on the screen. I’ve restored my phone to the most recent backup, but the problem remains. Someone got the same problem?
