Not enough disk space sound effect error in Final Cut pro

Final cut pro was running fine until I upgraded to macOS Catalina. Everything in the software seems to be working except now whenever I drag a Sound Effect into the timeline a grey icon shows then an error message pops up saying "Not enough disk space - There is not enough disk space available at the selected destination. Please choose another one or clear some space"

I did download additional content but that didn't seem to resolve the problem!

Appreciate any help to fix this issue
