mouse and keyboard do not connect after factory settings reinstall
I reformatted my iMac to the factory settings and now the mouse and keyboard do not connect then I cannot finish the install. Anyone has any idea how to continue ?
Are the Bluetooth or USB?
If BT pull & replace the batteries for a test.
