Hello,
New to icloud and was wondering if it is possible to create folders in icloud to keep my pictures together or to just upload pictures in a existing folder already so its not all mixed together. example folder for moms birthday, 2018 Vacation folder etc. etc
I tried to upload the pictures by folders but it would just mix everything as one.

as noted, iCloud photo Library does not "speak" folder.
Its very easy, just login to the your Macbook book air or Mackbook Pro and you can see your iCloud folder visible, where its easy to create any new folder easily
