Apple TV Up Next disappearing!
No problems with our 4K Appletv, in-fact we loved it so much we bought another for our bedroom.
Then we updated to the latest software version, we liked the idea of having different users having they’re own up next lists. However since the update it has played havoc with up next! Our up next list would disappear completely and just be filled with adverts for Appletv plus, then it would just list our purchases and then back to adverts.
we noticed that our bedroom Appletv and our mobile devices weren’t affected at first and so removed the additional user on our first Appletv however this didn’t fix it. We have been restarting the devices several times every day but to no avail! This problem is now affecting the app on both my iPhone and my iPad! So it appears to be a problem with the latest version of the software?
it’s such a shame as it was the up next feature that sold us Appletv in first place! Without this feature working properly the Appletv hardware and software becomes a pain to use!
If anybody knows of a way to remedy this situation we would be most grateful!
