Why can’t i save my saved downloads on Dropbox?

On both my iphone 6s and my Ipad, i can’t change where my downloads go, it is in swedish but i hope you understand what i mean, you can clearly see that the dropbox and documents options are faded and when i click them nothing gets marked! I have IOS 13.

This happens on both devices.

Dropbox not downloading files from files app I have an iPad Pro 9.7 with iPadOS and since the update I can’t download files from Dropbox on the files app. From iCloud in files it works well, and from the Dropbox app also ok, the problem is from Dropbox on the files app. The app shows all the contents but when trying to download a file it keeps on waiting to download and never starts. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the Dropbox app but it didn’t solve the issue, anyone having the same problem?

Using Dropbox in Files app I am unable to use Dropbox in the Files app. If I open the edit menu (3 dots), Dropbox is not offered as an option. I have Dropbox on my phone, so it should work according to what I've been able to find. I've turned on and off and hard reset the iPhone, but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

DropBox access Since updating the iPad Pro and iPhone X to the latest version 14.4, I am no longer able to view the DropBox folders from the Files app; I get the message 'Content not available. The contents of the folder could not be shown due to an unknown error '. It works fine on the MAC with Big Sur 11.2.1 and the DropBox app works regularly as well.

This is due to those applications not fully supporting the new iPadOS 13 document picker frameworks.
