I am unable to use Dropbox in the Files app. If I open the edit menu (3 dots), Dropbox is not offered as an option. I have Dropbox on my phone, so it should work according to what I've been able to find. I've turned on and off and hard reset the iPhone, but it makes no difference. Any ideas?

If you have the Dropbox App and its correctly setup it should appear as an option in the (...) menu when tapping on "Edit".
Make sure the Dropbox app is installed, and not Offloaded (cloud icon).
It may be under "More Locations". Just make sure the switch is turned on for it.
Do you see the Edit option under the (...) menu?
If you do see it, what happens when you tap on the Edit option?
My screen looks nothing like that. All that is there is Locations, under which are iCloud Drive, On my iPhone, Recently deleted and Favorites, under which is Downloads. And the Dropbox app is installed; I just used it.
