ATV4 - no internet connection when using Ethernet but ok with Wifi

Hi I have an Apple TV (420) using tvOS 13.0. Some time doing the last week it stopped working and I am unable to get an internet connection when it is plugged in using ethernet. I was ok the week prior using the cable and worked fine.

When I pull out the ethernet cable the Apple TV will use WIFI and it works and it is able to connect to the internet. But I would prefer to use the cable as it is faster.

Any help with this issue would be greatly appreciated.

I would try another ethernet port in the router / switch

and try another cable
