my health app has suddenly stopped recording my vo2max data.

Hi, my health app has suddenly stopped recording my vo2max data. It was working fine until 16th Oct, but hasn’t recorded anything since. I’m still doing walks and runs,(usually min 60mins) each day. Shows it’s connected to Applewatch, but that’s it. Not sure if it’s anything to do with latest update. Can anyone help please ??
