Phone Calls don't work with car Bluetooth

Hey,

I have new iPhone 11 Pro Max, iOS 13.2 (17B84)

I connect my iPhone to the car via Bluetooth, I can hear music but once I make/ receive a phone call, I can't hear a thing and the other side can't hear me as well.

Furthermore, I can't hear siri.

My car is the new KIA Picanto 2017

P.S while using the AirPods everything is fine

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities. I understand calls have no audio with the car through Bluetooth. I'll do what I can to help.

These suggestions might work for you:

Work through any steps here: If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod doesn't connect to or work in your car
Forget both the iPhone from your car and vice versa (Settings > Bluetooth > [car name] > Forget This Device)
Check to make sure your car has all available firmware updates. Reach out to the manufacturer for more assistance.
